New service, now taking pilot projects

Company Brain: everything your company knows, ready to answer.

We connect your systems into one knowledge layer, put a large language model on top and give it a memory of how your company works: customers, contracts, decisions, processes. People and AI agents ask in plain language and get answers with sources, within the permissions they already have.

Diagram: seven data sources (CRM, ERP, email, documents, support tickets, wiki and spreadsheets) stream into one central knowledge layer, the Company Brain. An AI assistant on top of it answers questions in plain language, cites the sources behind every answer, keeps a company memory and only uses data the person asking is allowed to see.
Example Ask the Company Brain Permission-aware

Example question: Which customers are at risk this quarter, and why? Example answer: Three accounts show churn signals: a logistics client (product usage down since August), a retail chain (four open priority tickets) and a software reseller (renewal in three weeks, main contact left). Sources: CRM, Support tickets, Email.

Not a chatbot on top of a wiki.

Most companies already have the answers. They are spread across the CRM, the ERP, inboxes, shared drives, ticket histories and the heads of a few experienced people. Search finds documents; it does not know which version is current, which decision replaced another, or what a customer was promised two renewals ago.

A company brain is a shared memory layer that keeps that context current. It pulls facts and decisions from the systems where work happens, reconciles conflicting sources, remembers how things changed over time, and serves that context to people and to AI agents through one model of your company.

How it works

Built on the same data foundation as our CRM, automation and analytics work, so the brain knows your customers the way your systems do.

  1. Connect

We connect the sources that matter for the first use case, such as CRM, ERP, email, documents and support tickets, and leave the noise out.

  2. Unify

Records are matched into one model of customers, products, contracts and people, so “Acme” in the CRM and in the ERP are the same company.

  3. Remember

Facts and decisions are extracted, conflicts are reconciled by source and recency, and the history is kept, so the brain knows what changed and why.

  4. Answer and act

A large language model answers with citations and can hand tasks to agents. Every answer respects the asking person’s permissions, and feedback improves it.

What teams ask it

Sales

“Brief me on this account before the call: open deals, recent tickets, what we promised at renewal.”

Customer care

“How did we solve this problem for other customers, and what does their contract allow?”

Management

“Why did margins drop in the north region, and which decisions led there?”

New colleagues

“How do we handle a returned order from a key account, and who signs it off?”

Built for trust from the first day

A brain that knows everything is only useful if people can rely on it and nobody sees what they should not.

  • Permissions follow your systems. Access rights are inherited from the source and checked at the moment of each question.
  • Every answer shows its sources. Citations link back to the record, document or ticket, so answers can be checked.
  • Your data stays under your control. Models and hosting are chosen so your data is not used to train public models, with EU hosting where you need it.
  • GDPR by design. Personal data is minimised, deletion requests are honoured across the brain, and use is logged.
  • People stay in the loop. The brain suggests and drafts; actions that change records or reach customers can require approval.
  • It improves with use. Corrections and outcomes are written back, so the memory gets more accurate over time.

Start with one workflow, then grow.

Trying to model the whole company at once is the most common way these projects stall. We start with one team and one set of questions that matter, such as account briefings for sales or answers for customer care, connect only the sources that feed them, and measure whether people get better answers faster.

When that works, the next sources and teams plug into the same brain, and its memory becomes more valuable with every one of them.
